If fewer than half your roster logs a single drill within the first 90 days of your term, email us to request a credit toward next year. Checked against your team's real usage — not a guess, not an argument.

Team and Program plans are billed annually for the length of the term. Multi-year terms lock your price in for the whole commitment — it doesn't rise year to year.

Questions

A few things people ask.

Can I link more than one player on the Free plan?
Free includes one linked player. Parent unlocks unlimited players across every sport, so tracking multiple kids — or a whole family of athletes playing different sports — is no extra cost per player or per sport.
What happens to my history if I cancel Parent?
Nothing is deleted. You'll drop back to seeing the current week, and everything else picks back up right where it left off if you resubscribe.
Is Coach really free forever?
Yes. Coaches don't pay to build and run a team on DrillStreak — that's by design, not a limited-time offer.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Parent is billed through the App Store, so it's managed the same way as any other subscription — from your phone's Settings, anytime.
What's the difference between the Team and Program plans?
Team covers one roster — one sport, one team. Program covers every team and sport in the athletic department on a single invoice. Most schools start with Team for one program and move to Program once more coaches want in.
Can we switch plans or terms later?
Yes. A Team plan can move to Program as your department grows, and a shorter term can be extended into a longer one — you're never locked out of a better rate later.
What if my program doesn't end up using it much?

What counts as a "feeder pair"?
A middle school and the high school its players actually feed into — set both up together and save 10%. Set up more than one pair across a district and the discount goes to 20% on all of them. Email us and we'll set it up.
